SelenaCore Update: QR-Based Onboarding and Enhanced Notification System

The latest series of updates to SelenaCore introduces significant enhancements to user management and system notifications. A key highlight is the implementation of QR-based onboarding 3b2d482, which allows administrators to generate QR codes for specific roles, enabling users to register instantly from their mobile devices. This workflow extends to device tracking 1ae2487, simplifying how users add or remove tracked hardware directly via the mobile interface.

The notification system has been overhauled to support Push Notifications via a new HTTPS QR flow, even when using self-signed TLS certificates 4b77e6c. The UI now includes an emoji picker and level-specific icons in push titles for better visual feedback c8f0743.

On the security front, we have upgraded FastAPI and Starlette dependencies 4e3da5e and completed a comprehensive documentation audit a186388. UI fixes address overflow issues with emoji popups 394089e and improve the account management layout with dedicated Devices and Notify tabs.
