SelenaCore 0.4.0-rc: Global Language Support and Unified UI Primitives

We are proud to announce that SelenaCore has officially moved to version 2d1506a, marking a significant leap in our journey toward a global smart home solution. In this update, we have introduced automated localization for 14 languages using Argos 73e5ebb, ensuring that more users worldwide can interact with their homes in their native tongue. To make the interface more professional and responsive, we migrated the Devices page and Theme Editor to a new system of shared UI primitives 273a7c9. These primitives act as standardized building blocks, ensuring that every button and menu looks and behaves consistently across all 12 system modules a864551. We also refined our voice processing engine with a specialized Russian glossary and improved language priority logic 262b69e, making voice commands more reliable. Finally, we addressed critical setup hurdles by fixing Bluetooth power-on sequences and improving container detection in our setup wizard 1b2228f. This release brings a new level of polish and accessibility to your offline-first smart home hub.
